October 21, 2016 – Chicago – Netrix International Holdings LLC announced today that it has acquired T2Plus OTC, in Sofia, Bulgaria, in an effort to continue strengthening international coverage.
Coming on the heels of the most recent acquisition of NetGlobal Solutions in Pune, India, Netrix is adding in technical strengths for Cisco and Microsoft unified communications, security, project management, development and network infrastructure. Netrix plans to use this acquisition as a platform to dramatically enhance capabilities across a vast majority of the service lines that Netrix has today. Additionally, there are plans to build a multilingual help desk and security operations center, further increasing the capabilities of the existing 24x7x365 cloud management center located in Mount Prospect, IL. T2Plus will assume the Netrix Worldwide name and brand along with NetGlobal. “T2plus is an existing partner company that we have worked with and know and trust. To be on the same team further seals what we already know about them and we are very excited to have them on board representing Netrix Worldwide in Europe,” Rob Dang, a managing partner, said.
