Traditionally, technology companies design from a technology-first perspective, not from an end-user experience perspective. Netrix does things differently. We start by studying the end users to determine how they’ll use the technology. This approach allows us to build the right technology for the right space. By coupling in our project management and change communication teams, we can focus on making sure the transition is smooth and your users are up and running.
Netrix derived our project management methodologies from the standards set forth by the Project Management Institute. We tailored the PMI standards to support complex technology relocations and create our unique project management program.
As organizations increasingly leverage technology as a workflow experience, it’s critical to position a change communication plan that can communicate the message clearly and in detail, with integrity and authenticity. The consumer of the technology receiving this messaging must be ready to listen, understand, and trust the messaging. The delivery should align with the culture of the organization and structure at which the consumer of the technology is accustomed to maximize the absorption of information, efficiently and effectively. Finally, the content of the message must be powerful enough to energize the consumers of the technology where incite excitement for the change and adopt new technologies.
